Instructions, Start List, and other Info | 21.7. |
At the moment are detailed instructions available. And you also can look at start list, arriving map and area plan BA10. Competitors, who sleep in tents, pay attention to the camp dispositions. There is no possibility to park by tents, just at the border of field. We also advice you to take your ID card with you for the race, Army can check you!

The Map for BA10 with Few News | 7.7. |
The BA10 map is printing. The map is traditionally by SHOCart company, which we cooperate with from the first BA in 2001. As every year it will be in 1:50 000 scale. We have tried to check and actualize surroundings of checkpoints and the most probable tracks to make your orientation easier. We still have some news for BA10 (look at the map): checkpoints will be numbered from 31 to 81, similar way as most orienteering races. The map will have pre-printed checkpoints. The next important information are restricted areas – the army striking places, where unexploded munition can be. Entering of this areas is strictly forbidden. Breaking of this restriction will be punishing by disqualification.

Merida Bike Adventure with the Lightest Frame | 2.7. |
Would you like to ride BA10 at Merida O.Nine - model with the lightest carbon frame on the World? No problem! General partner Merida company have decided about lending of the their top bikes to some competitors. This time, it is racing model O.Nine 3000-D. Flotilla of four racing specials will be completed by two full suspension models Ninety-Six Carbon 3000-D. If you want to try it, answer those two questions: 1. Where, when, and in what discipline will take place MTB World cup 2011 in CZE? 2. When was the Merida company established? - send your answers to info@bike-adventure.cz until 13th July.

Bivouac for Loap BA Challenge | 30.6. |
It took us long time, but we have finally decided where Loap BA Challenge competitors will sleep between 1st and 2nd lap. It is a nice and romantic place with trees, fire place and water. The closest restaurant is more than 10 km far.

BA10 Checkpoints | 23.6. |
We are finishing with BA10 rout locations. Checkpoints are at many beautiful places, we have paid attention to well known localities as well as those absolutely unknown. One of the checkpoints is by the popular spot height 718, where American radar suppose to be. But you find there just red-and-white lampion :-).

We Close the Registration System | 16.6. |
On Thursday June 17 at 6 p.m. we definitely close registration system. It is possible to change your data until this time. Later it will not be possible, because we pass all information to army office. So please check, if everything in your registration is correct. Later from this moment, you can only write to the e-mail prihlaska@bike-adventure.cz.

Prices for the Winners – Jackets Loap | 13.6. |
For the anniversary 10th Merida Bike Adventure, we have prepared for all medal takers the most valuable prices every. Those are waterproof outdoor jackets by our new main partner Loap - for man Tab, price 2890 Kč and ladies Tacy, price 2650 Kč. They are nice red color and of course with original BA10 logo. As you can see in this picture, they are very fashionable.

Everybody to the Start | 11.6. |
All, who are registered as substituter are taken to the main list and can start in BA10. Please, actualize your registration data in the system. Starting fee by foreigners will be paid during Friday registration, but we appreciate you to confirm it by e-mail. On Tuesday 15th June the online system will be locked and your data will be given to army to get permission for entry to army area. If you have questions, write to prihlaska@bike-adventure.cz.

Registration Corrections | 6.6. |
From today, it is possible to correct your data in on-line registration. At registration – choose: change. So you can order BA10 T-shirts, food tickets, accommodation, and please be careful to have your name in the same way as it is in your ID (the army needs it). This database will be open until 14th June, than it will not be possible to do any other changes.

Registration for BA10 Started | 31.5. |
Long time expecting of BA10 on-line registration has started. Those who are interested in Merida Bike Adventure 2010 or Loap BA Challenge can register at on-line registration until the filling of capacity 500 teams (for BA10) and 100 teams for BA Challenge. Than it will be possible to register as alternates before we definitely close it. This year, you also can do some changes by yourself at list of registered. Some other details you can find at information BA10.

Online Registration System with Some New Functions | 27.5. |
We have improved our online registration system with function of re-entry to your data. So you can correct it by yourself, when you have some later changes or add if you forget something. (e.g.. T-shirt size, meal, change partner...). But still we recommend you to read BA10 invitation properly. As we have already said, we open the system the 31st May. The experience is, it is full in few ours, so be ready to register.

Food for BA10 | 26.5. |
As usually, we will offer you enough to fulfill you belly. And as usually, this will be work for boys from Extremsport and their field food service. But the news for BA10 is, together with online registration you can order hot meal, which will be distributed in the center after Saturday's race. Restaurant Barborka from Jince will prepare chicken steak with rice. Tickets you get at registration of Friday.

BA10 T-shirts | 25.5. |
It is possible to order bike-adventure T-shirt. We have prepared 3 different models: men's, ladys' and kids'. All of those you can see at picture. Of course, these are high quality and nice BA10 design. It is necessary to order in time, during race, there will be just few of them.

Merida Bike Vysočina | 24.5. |
The same main partner like we have for BA is partner Merida Bike Vysočina. Cross country, marathon, knockout sprints, bike testing, concerts, entertainment for children, attendance of best world competitors ... all this and something more you can find at ski area Nové Město na Moravě (where BA7 and MTBO World Cup were) from 4th to 6th June.

Invitation BA10 | 21.5. |
In Invitation section, we give you complete information about BA 2010. Compared to previous years, there are some changes, so please pay attention to whole text. The most important is, you have to give use date of your birth and your ID number – which is necessary to have with you for whole race. Those information are important to get permission to army area, where the main part of BA10 takes part. On-line registration starts 31th May.

The New BA10 – Loap BA Challenge | 20.5. |
Here is one of the most interesting news for 10th BA anniversary. We have prepared a new race for you – Loap BA Challenge, which is inspired by our first ideas about BA from the end of the last century. BA Challenge is for the most ambitious fans of BA. In Loap BA Challenge, competitors will not come back to the centre of BA to overnight, they will sleep in an easy camp somewhere on the road. So they just depend on what they have with themselves. The revenge is stronger and more romantic adventure. The main partner of this race is Loap company, which has a special of their outdoor equipment to all participants. Czech MTBO Sezon Has Started | 6.5. |
The Czech Cup has started in Hungary in April. We would like to invite you to some other MTBO races in the Czech republic, which take part during the whole spring season. Now we can offer you for example: 6th and 7th Cup organized by Ekonom Praha in Seleticích (29th – 30th May) or Liberci (26th – 27th June).

Nine times BA. It Needs Applause! | 14.4. |
Nine times BA and nine times at the start. Ladies and gentleman, who can present yourselves by this? Few of you can. There are even two couples, who have ridden together all nine BA. It deserves acknowledgement. So for those, who will start for the ten times, we prepare some Award. If you think, you started in all BA, you can check it here. Accommodation in Spálené Poříčí Surround | 8.4. |

Loap – label you maybe know as outdoor equipment, is now new main parther of Merida Bike Adventure race. Loap offers wide number of equipment for surviving in nature, so it is natural, we can meet this sortiment personaly. Loap also sponsors small attached race for more ambitious competitors – another news of this season.

Now, we can introduce you also BA10 centre. It is very original place with special spiritual atmosphere – Buddhists „Centre for meditation“ under Těnovice rock, about 3 km from Spalené Poříčí town. More information about this place you can find at BDC Těnovice.

BA10 – When? and Where? | 14.3. |
When you say „deep forests and untouched nature“, for Czech Republic it usually means national park or military area. So, for our 10th anniversary, we tried to find a special locality, which is highly unique for all of you (foreigners and Czechs too). In 2010 we would like to invite you to Military Area Brdy-Jince, which is south of Prague and maybe you have heard about it in connection with NATO trainings and USA antimissile radar. BA10 also takes place around Southeast parts of Plzeň region, Třemšín and Trhoň. The last important information is the date, so note down 24th – 25th July 2010.
